Charles "Charlie" Burch has been working with the Mobile County Constables Office since 2005. He was elected as Constable of Precinct 80 in 2012 and was relected in 2016 over Precinct 67. He previously served as a Chief Deputy for Precinct 58 and as the Technical Specialist, overseeing technology resources for the agency including this website.

Charlie has an Associate of Science degree from Faulkner University and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology - Security from Colorado Technical University. He holds many professional certifications including CompTIA Security+ and Network+, and Hazardous Materials Awareness and Operations from the Alabama Fire College. Charlie is also a full-time Information Security Analyst for a technology company. Charlie also serves in the Alabama Army National Guard.

Charlie is married. He and his wife have two children. He is a member of the Mobile County Constables Association, the National Constables Association, the FBI's Infragard, and a lifetime member of the National Rifle Association. Charlie was awarded the 2006 Non-Constable Service Award and the 2009 President's Award by the National Constables Association. The Precinct 67 website can be viewed at
